Our filter cartridges for pure dust filtration are specially designed for removing dry solid particles from gas streams. They consist of high-performance filter media such as needle felt, cellulose paper, polyester, polypropylene, PTFE, PPS and glass fiber - individually or in combination - to achieve optimum filtration results. These filter elements are used in filter and separator containers and guarantee a long service life and efficient dust separation.
For applications where both fine dust and liquid droplets need to be separated, we offer coalescer cartridges. These special filters ensure that fine dust and aerosols are efficiently removed from moist gas flows. Thanks to their special structure, they enable effective coalescence so that liquid particles can be combined into larger droplets and then separated.
Our filter elements are tested in accordance with ISO 12103-01 and meet the international requirements for fine dust separation in accordance with "SAE-Fine Test Dust". They achieve an efficiency of up to 99.9 % for particles > 1 µm and therefore offer maximum filtration performance.
