Cellular gas filters are developed and tested under strict regulatory requirements to meet the highest safety and quality standards. They are designed for use in
fuel gas supply systems, GDRM cabinet systems, gas control lines, metering lines, combined heat and power (CHP) plants, power-to-gas (PtG) plants and biogas plants. These systems require reliable
gas filtration to minimize contamination and ensure the smooth operation of the connected components.
Special cell gas filters with
DNV certification are available for the
maritime sector, which meet the requirements of gas engine technology on ships. In addition,
HTB gas filters are used for heating systems, especially in buildings with high occupancy such as schools and hospitals. These filters ensure reliable gas purification and contribute to operational safety.
All cellular gas filters meet the requirements of
DVGW certification in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive EC 2014/68/EU and the EU Gas Appliances Regulation EU 2016/426 (GAR). The tests are carried out in accordance with
DVGW worksheet G498 and are based on the
AD-2000 regulations in order to guarantee the highest safety standards.
In addition, the filters are subject to a comprehensive
construction, pressure and leak test, which is certified by a
factory acceptance certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204/3.1. HTB-certified filters have been tested for leaks in accordance with DIN 3537-1 and can withstand temperatures of up to
+650 °C for 30 minutes.
For easy integration into existing systems, all cellular gas filters are designed
for mating flanges in accordance with EN 1092-1 or ANSI/ASME Class 150/300 RF. They therefore offer a flexible and standard-compliant solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
