THIELMANN ENERGIETECHNIK GmbH stands for technical precision, international standard safety and uncompromising quality. Our dust liquid separators are more than just standard components - they are individually developed
key elements for the safety and efficiency of your system, can be used worldwide and are consistently designed to meet your requirements.
When designing
dust liquid separators, the technical framework conditions are just as important as the process-related function. This is because different regulations, operating requirements and customer standards apply in international projects and large industrial plants - in terms of safety, pressure and temperature conditions as well as materials and documentation.
THIELMANN ENERGIETECHNIK GmbH offers comprehensive solution expertise and experience in the
customer-specific design and manufacture of separator systems for demanding operating conditions.
International regulations and standards
Our dust liquid separators are designed exactly in accordance with the applicable regulations - worldwide. Whether
EN 13445 for pressurized components in Europe,
ASME (with or without U-stamp) for the international market,
SVTI for Switzerland,
PD5500 for the UK or
AS1210 for Australia: we know the specific requirements and implement them precisely - technically, in terms of documentation and testing.
Customer-specific approvals and standards
In addition to normative specifications, we also meet the individual requirements of leading industrial companies. For example, our separation systems have been successfully tested and approved according to the specifications of
BASF, OGE, Gascade, Sasol, INGL, ERI, Dolphin Energy, Saudi Aramco, Gasco, MAN, Jenbacher, MAPNA, Siemens, DONG and many other global customers. These projects often require specific material tests, special approvals or additional documentation - services that we provide routinely and with the utmost care.
Extreme operating conditions - pressure, temperature and medium
Our
separators are designed for extreme loads. The design for
operating pressures of up to 300 bar and
temperatures of up to 250 °C is just as much a part of our range of services as the design for
low-temperature applications down to -50 °C - for example in gas liquefaction or in arctic areas of application. Safe use in
acid gases (NACE-compliant) is also part of our expertise: Through the targeted use of corrosion-resistant materials and suitable sealing and coating concepts, we guarantee reliable long-term operation - even under highly corrosive conditions.
Flexibility in connection technology
Another advantage of our systems: the
nozzle arrangement is fully customized. This means that our separators can be easily integrated into existing systems - regardless of whether horizontal or vertical installation positions, special connections or specific flange arrangements are involved. Taking installation space, maintenance accessibility and adjacent components into account is standard practice for us.
