Cyclone separators must meet the specific requirements of a wide range of industries. Depending on the area of application and process conditions, customized solutions are required that comply with both international and national regulations. These include ASME (with or without U-stamp) for the international market, EN 13445 for Europe, SVTI for Switzerland, AS1210 for Australia and PD5500 for the UK.
In addition to compliance with these standards, cyclone separators can be subjected to specific tests and approvals by renowned companies and institutions. These include BASF, OGE, Gascade, Sasol, INGL, ERI, Dolphin, Saudi Aramco, Gasco, MAN, Jenbacher, MAPNA, Siemens and DONG.
Technically, the
separators are designed for a wide range of operating conditions. They are suitable for use in sour gas applications in accordance with NACE standards and are designed for low temperatures down to -50 °C as well as for high temperatures up to 250 °C. With a maximum operating pressure of up to 300 bar, they offer a reliable solution for demanding processes.
In addition, cyclone separators can be equipped with a customer-specific nozzle arrangement to enable optimum integration into existing plants and piping systems. This flexibility ensures a customized solution for a wide range of industrial requirements.
